All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canberra, Australia.

• Orders placed before 10:00 am AEDT (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day, and in peak trade, an additional 2-3 business days.

• Orders placed after 10:00 am AEDT (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the following business day, and in peak trade, an additional 2-3 business days.

• Once your order is received you’ll be notified by email.

• We’ll notify you and provide tracking information when your order is dispatched.

• We recommend using the Aus Post Calculator for a more specific ETA in domestic locations.

• For orders sent to WA, we recommend Express Shipping to avoid delays. For updated Australia Post shipping times for WA please see the Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times page.

International Shipping

• All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via DHL Express to all countries excluding Russia, at a flat delivery fee.

• If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery to your country.

• Duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported.

• These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by FENG.
