RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for purchasing FENG.
We want you to love your purchases, so if you aren’t completely satisfied with your items, we are happy to facilitate a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return, items must be initiated and placed in the post within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition with tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.

Return cost is at the expense of the customer. We will only cover the cost of returns if the item is deemed faulty.

Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.

Sales items marked with a FINAL SALE tag are not eligible for return unless assessed and deemed as faulty.
Please note we do not offer instant exchanges. If you would like to swap your item for a different size, colour or style, our team will issue you with a store credit once your return has been received. You can then place a new order for your exchange items with the provided store credit.
RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return request, click HERE and fill in the Order Number and required information.

Your request will be sent to Customer Service team for review.

Once reviewed and approved you will receive an confirmation email along with the next steps.

We offer flat rate returns on Australian orders. A pre-paid return label will be issued for a flat rate of $12.00, which will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.
FAULTY ITEM
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. This way we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem. Please provide our team with images of the damage, defect or fault for a preliminary assessment.

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request.

If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.

It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to use in accordance with care for instructions.
